Welcome to the website of Cavan-Monaghan LEADER (CML). Cavan-Monaghan LEADER’s vision is to develop sustainable rural communities throughout the Cavan-Monaghan region through the provision of a programme that will enhance the social, natural, human, physical and financial resources available to individuals and communities.

Cavan-Monaghan LEADER is the primary rural development organisation delivering the Rural Development Programme and Rural Social Scheme in the Cavan-Monaghan region. We can offer a number of supports to community groups, other local interest groups, farm families and small to medium enterprises in the area.
